Do we collect/retain information on users to the website?

We do not retain any information on users internally, unless they use forms/functions to submit information.

Does the website use cookies?

By default, the site uses several cookies to manage user authentication, store user preferences, and maintain essential site functions. Some of these cookies include:

1. Authentication cookies: When a user logs into a WordPress site, the system sets a few cookies to manage authentication and user sessions.

2. Comment cookies: If a user leaves a comment on a WordPress site, the system may store their name, email address, and website as cookies. 

3. Customization cookies: WordPress may also use cookies to remember user preferences or settings, such as the active theme, the number of items to show in the admin area, or whether the admin toolbar should be shown. 

Does the website host retain any information about users?

As the website host, WPCloud only collects & retains the IP addresses of the visitors who use this Website, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User’s IT environment. This information is purged every 30-60 days & is never shared or used outside of WPCloud internal operations.
