Holiday Hours – The Guelph CHC including the Downtown Clinic, Health Hub, Shelldale Clinic, and EarlyON will be closed:

  • April 7 for Good Friday

  • May 22 for Victoria Day

  • June 30 for Canada Day

  • August 7 for Civic Day

  • September 4 for Labour Day

  • October 9 for Thanksgiving

  • December 25 for Christmas Day

  • December 26 for Boxing Day

*Consumption and Treatment Services will remain open for regular hours

Guelph CHC provides on-call services to our clinical clients
You can use this service if you have an urgent health concern that cannot wait until the office is open. 
Call the daytime clinic number and the service will contact a health care provider who will call you back.
For emergency medical services please call 911.
