The COVID 19 vaccine is now available for all children and adults aged 6 months +. Call your Guelph CHC primary care provider to book an appointment or for more information on receiving the COVID 19 vaccine. Appointments are also available at local pharmacies or at the WDG Public Health website here or by calling 1-800-265-7293 ext. 7006.
