Holiday Hours – Guelph CHC, including our downtown clinic, HART Hub, Hive Health Services, Shelldale clinic, The SEED, and EarlyON will be closed:

  • December 25 for Christmas Day

  • January 1 for New Years Day

  • February 17 for Family Day

  • April 18 for Good Friday

  • May 19 for Victoria Day

  • July 1 for Canada Day

  • August 4 for Civic Day

  • September 1 for Labour Day

  • October 13 for Thanksgiving

Downtown clinic We are closed for lunch every day from 1-2pm. Monday 9:15am-5pm Tuesday 10:30am-8pm .Phones answered until 7:30pm Wednesday 9:15am-5pm Thursday 10:30am-8pm. Phones answered until 7:30pm Friday 9:15am-5pm
Shelldale clinic We are closed for lunch every day from 1-2pm, except for Wednesday. Monday 9:30am-5pm Tuesday 10:30am-5pm Wednesday 9:30am-8pm. phones answered until 7:30pm Thursday 10:30am-5pm Friday 9:30am-5pm
Hart Hub Monday 9am-5pm Tuesday 9am-8pm Wednesday 9am-5pm Thursday 9am-8pm Friday 9am-5pm
Hive Health Services 9am-5pm daily

Guelph CHC provides on-call services to our clinical clients
You can use this service if you have an urgent health concern that cannot wait until the office is open. 
Call the daytime clinic number and the service will contact a health care provider who will call you back.
For emergency medical services please call 911.
