Accreditation

In May 2024, Guelph Community Health Centre was awarded a four-year accreditation by the Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA) in recognition of achieving established standards for quality in governance, management, and community-based primary health care.

We achieved exemplary status, meeting 51/51 CCA mandatory standards and 28/28 leading practice standards.

You can read more about these achievements in our Accreditation Final Report.

We are proud to be accredited by the CCA, which offers a third-party review process that is tailored to community-based organizations like ours. CCA accreditation is based on widely-accepted best practice standards that promote ongoing quality improvement and responsive, effective community services. We view this accreditation as a seal of excellence and quality for our community-based programs and services.
