Fitness Fridays

Join us for Fitness Fridays, a weekly exercise group for adults that want to move towards better health through physical activity. Classes offer:

  • Easy-to-follow exercises to enhance cardiovascular fitness (heart and lungs), strength and flexibility.
  • Exercise options for different abilities so that everyone can participate.

This program is offered on Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
Classes begin March 5, 2010.  

Classes are held downtown at 176 Wyndham Street North. 

To join the program, come to class 15 minutes early (9:45 am) on any Friday. For more details, please see our Fitness Fridays poster.
