The Guelph Community Health Centre is currently ONLY accepting applications from community members with Interim Federal Health (such as refugees) or other non-insured residents. Please check back on this site for updates on our intake status for other community members.
If you do not have a family doctor or health care provider, and are part of our priority population, we invite you to contact our New Client Intake Coordinator at 519-821-6638 extension 404.
When our intake hold is lifted, the Guelph Community Health Centre welcomes clients who:
- Live in Brant, Two Rivers, Onward Willow, Grange Hill East and West Willow Village neighbourhoods.
- Are newcomers to Canada, or members of the LGBTQ+ or First Nations, Metis and Inuit communities.
- Experience barriers to health including homelessness or unstable housing, mental health challenges or addictions, language or cultural barriers, low income or poverty.
