Garden Fresh Box

Garden Fresh Box has its own website at www.gardenfreshbox.ca, complete with an online store where you can purchase boxes at www.gardenfreshbox.ca/store.

The Garden Fresh Box Program is a non-profit, fresh produce buying service created to help people access affordable fresh fruits and vegetables and also to support our local farmers. Each month the content of the box changes to reflect what is seasonal and provides the best value.

How to order

  • Place your order at one of the host sites before the first Friday of the month
  • Cash payment must be given when you order
  • Large box: $20.00
  • Small box: $15.00
  • Garden fresh boxes are delivered on the third Wednesday of each month
  • Garden fresh box contents changes from month to month, and are stocked with seasonal fruits and vegetables
  • Also includes: a newsletter with recipes, storage tips, and other useful information

What’s Included? 

The Garden Fresh Box content changes from month to month because the fruits and vegetables are chosen in season when they are at the peak of their nutritional value.  On average, each box contains 9-10 types of vegetables, and 3-4 types of fruits Each box also includes a newsletter with recipes, storage tips and other useful information.

How to get involved
